Three goals were established for the 2008-2009 school year. (To coincide with the ETFO Terms of Reference and the Committee's Vision Statement.)

educate new members about the role of ETFO, provincially and locally
provide opportunities for networking and professional development
encourage new teachers to become actively involved with Federation activities
