Updating Personal Profile for Online Voting

All Active Members may vote online for Candidates for Federation Annual Meeting Delegates. Declaration of the Elections for these positions will be announced at the Local Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
Online voting will take place from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- In order to participate in the vote, members must have their current personal email (no TVDSB emails) updated in their ETFO Thames Valley Teacher Local profile by noon on Friday, March 27, 2026.
- Online voting will be conducted by Simply Voting (a neutral third party to manage the vote). Simply Voting (vote [at] simplyvoting.com (vote[at]simplyvoting[dot]com)) will send an email blast at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026 (one day prior to voting opening) to members that have a current personal email address in their online profile with the Local.
- This email blast will give each Member a random unique password to use to access the online ballot.
- If Members did not receive their password, they are reminded to check their spam or junk mail before calling the Local office (the office must be contacted by noon on Thursday, April 16, 2026 in order to be added to the voting list).
