Experienced Teacher Performance Appraisal Workshop

All experienced Teachers will be assessed using the Teacher Performance Appraisal process. ETFO Members have the right to:

• know what standards of performance are expected
• notice and feedback in compliance with Statutes, Regulations, and the Collective Agreement
• ongoing administrative support for improvements, where required
• sufficient time to carry out any prescribed improvements
• Federation representation at all meetings related to the TPA process, and
• protection of specific Collective Agreement evaluation provisions
