Health and Safety Representatives Meeting

Have you ever been walking through the school on an audit and thought: “What the heck am I actually looking for?” You are not alone. This meeting is designed to support Health and Safety Representatives by further unpacking the role in a practical (and painless) way.

This meeting will aim to answer the following questions:
  • How do I conduct an audit without feeling like I’m playing a scavenger hunt?
  • What’s the real difference between a monthly and a quarterly audit?
  • Where on earth do I find the information I’m supposed to know?
  • What exactly is the site committee for and what are “recommendations” anyway?
The meeting will have lots of time for questions, conversation, and shared problem-solving, so bring your curiosities, your concerns, and your “I’ve always wondered…” thoughts. You will leave with clearer answers, some useful tools, and a bit more confidence to support you in the role.
