Current Executive Positions

• The Executive term is for 2 years, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.

Election of Delegates to the Federation Annual Meeting

• August 10-13, 2026

Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws

• The proposed amendments that were submitted to the Local office by the deadline date on time will be voted on. All proposed amendments will be distributed to the membership 15 days prior to the meeting. The mover and seconder of any amendment must be present at this meeting to move their amendment. Any amendments not so moved will not be put on the floor of the meeting for the vote. Sixty percent (60%) of the Members present at the Local Annual Meeting are required to vote in favour of an amendment for it to pass, and there must be at least 50 Active Members in attendance.
