  • Questions we will answer together:
    • What are the key responsibilities of a Workplace Steward?
Beyond the obvious ‘answering questions and keeping the peace,’ what does your role  really look like day-to-day? Let’s break down the must-dos versus the ‘nice-to-dos.’
    • How can I communicate effectively in challenging situations?
How do you get your point across without accidentally starting a staffroom debate or a  full-blown email war? Tips, tricks, and maybe a few laughable examples included.
    • What strategies help resolve workplace issues before they escalate?
From “I have a small concern” to “this could get messy fast,” how do you step in, stay calm, and keep everyone sane?
    • How do I support members while maintaining healthy boundaries?
Helping is part of the job – but let’s talk about saying “no”, avoiding burnout, and  keeping your coffee (and sanity) intact.

How to Prepare:

  • This is an interactive session – your insights, questions, and even humorous stories help everyone learn. Don’t just sit back; lean in and be prepared to participate!
