- All Teaching Assignments will be determined by the principal

- Teachers will be provided with a draft timetable by the last day of school

> Draft timetables need to include preparation time and what subjects are being taught if providing preparation time. Preparation time is 240 minutes in 5 days. Teachers use their professional judgement, considering the board’s time guidelines, to fill out the reminder of their timetable. All teachers, including classroom and non-classroom/system, must have a timetable (Education Act Section 264 g)

- The in-school staffing committee shall provide input to the principal on the development of equitable timetables
- During September, the In-School Staffing Committee will review timetables and make recommendations on necessary adjustments

> The In-School Staffing Committee plays a pivotal role in ensuring preparation minutes are adhered to.
