Marnie Meloche
Vice President
Marnie began her teaching career with the Thames Valley District School Board in 2005. She started as a Teacher Librarian before moving into the classroom to teach primary classes. In recent years, she has been teaching Grade 8. Marnie started her union involvement as a member of the Health and Safety committee. Since then, she has served as a Workplace Steward, a Non-Released Executive Member, and as Recording Secretary. She has been part of the Collective Bargaining table team and has sat on the Provincial Teacher Education Faculty Liaison Committee since 2022. Marnie is currently serving as Vice President.
Marnie would very much like to thank our membership for the opportunity to serve our Union. She is incredibly proud to be part of such a strong Local team. She looks forward to continuing to provide ongoing support and opportunities for members and their working conditions.
